Human Resources Association of the Central Coast (HRACC)

The Human Resources Association of the Central Coast has been a major contributor to the advancement of HRMA as partners in developing the reach of HRMA beyond the academic arena. They provide their expertise and share their relations with the student group, contributing to the successful integration of HRMA members and activities into the general community.

Our partnership with HRACC allows for various opportunities throughout the Academic Year:

  1. Project Opportunities: Participate in Hands-On projects for local businesses. Past projects have included updating Employee Handbooks, drafting New Hire Orientation plans, creating various Employment Documents, and more. Through this process, HRMA members gain valuable experience and mentoring from local HR professionals.

  2. Annual HRACC Conference: HRMA sends volunteers each year to assist with the annual conference, which is a great networking opportunity.

  3. HRACC Monthly Meetings: HRMA sponsors one student each month to attend HRACC’s monthly meeting. The meeting features a different topic and speaker each month and includes lunch, networking, and door prizes.

  4.    Internships throughout the Year!
