Our most noteworthy contributions to the Orfalea College of Business and to the surrounding HR community include: participation in the annual SHRM HR Games, volunteering at the HRACC(Human Resource Association of the Central Coast) Conference each Fall, hosting the HRMA Alumni Spring BBQ each year, Career Fair preparation and resume screening for students, and providing additional networking opportunities between students and local HR professionals.
